Waranties: we offer you from 1 to 3 years of waranty from purchase date on our products. all information about time of waranty you have to ask us.
All repairs and replacement to customers that be equipment form us are done by GSMunlock Ltd.
Please fill “Goods Return Form” , sign it and send together with items for repair.
Once it will be shipped please inform me the way you sent it and shipment number if possible.
If we won't get copy of the form we won't accept items for repair and it will be sent back to you without checking.
After goods will be repaired we will ship it by airmail to our cost.
We don't take responsibility if your shipment will be lost on the way to us or to you. In case of delivering repaired tools by EMS/UPS or DHL all expenses must be payed by the customers.
No returns on ANY software, data cables, data kits, OEM Original products or similar, USB, Infrared, data equipment, any type of electrical item, covers, housings, plastic parts, housings, antennas, batteries, chargers or any other item unless specifically stated in that particular ad.
